From the couples using the service: name, email address and the contents of their wedding registry.
From guests: the name, the email address (optional) and the message they provide when registering a contribution.
From those who write to us: the data included in the contact form.

We process the data in order to provide the wedding registry service, manage contributions and answer your enquiries. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (terms of use) and, in the case of the contact form, your consent.

Presente Ferpecto does not process or store payment data. Contributions are paid directly to the couple through the external methods they indicate, so we do not process guests' banking information.

We keep the data for as long as the account or the registry remains active and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request.

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. We use hosting and email providers that act as data processors with the safeguards required by the regulations.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@presenteferpecto.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
