Presente Ferpecto offers a platform for creating wedding registries built around the honeymoon. The platform does not process payments: it only displays the payment instructions each couple provides so that their guests can pay them directly.

Users undertake to make lawful use of the site and not to use it for purposes contrary to the law, morality or public order. The couple is responsible for the accuracy of the data and the payment instructions they publish.

The contents, trademarks and designs of the site belong to Presente Ferpecto or to third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

Presente Ferpecto is not a party to the financial relationship between the couple and their guests, nor does it take part in the payments, and therefore accepts no liability for the contributions, their receipt or their refund.
